Speaker: Andrea Cataldo

Andrea Hill–Cataldo is the founding partner and served as the president of Johnson & Hill Staffing Services, a Western Massachusetts-based staffing firm established in 1995. As a woman-owned company, Johnson & Hill thrived in the region for nearly three decades. The firm specialized in administrative, accounting, legal and professional positions. In December of 2022, Johnson & Hill Staffing was acquired by BANKW Staffing, a large New England-based firm. Hill–Cataldo joined KNF&T Staffing, a BANKW Staffing company as vice president, focusing on the Western Massachusetts and Connecticut markets. She is now the Principal at Recruit 413, her latest recruiting venture.

Hill–Cataldo is involved in many community-based and charitable endeavors, including serving on Bay Path University’s Business Leadership Council, Springfield Regional Chamber Board of Directors, St. Mary’s Academy Longmeadow School Board, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hampden County Board of Directors.

She earned her BS in business administration with a concentration in marketing and a minor in economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst / Isenberg School of Management. She was inducted into the Bay Path University Women Leaders Hall of Fame in 2011.
