Linda Rosskothen is a hospitality industry entrepreneur who, along with her husband Peter Rosskothen, counts among her business ventures hotels, restaurants, banquet facilities, and currently a specialty take-and-bake concept chain called Delaney’s Markets. Her journey includes growing up in the industry – her father owned a restaurant equipment supply store – to creating a unique brand for their boutique hotel in Western Massachusetts and now serving as a creative force and taste-taster for their latest venture.
